Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within X–Y business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product type and fulfillment partner. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: During periods of high demand (holidays, promotions, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the fulfillment partner and the destination country. Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Canada: 2 – 8 business days

These are estimates only. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or production partner location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, fulfillment partner, and destination. Some products may ship separately depending on the print provider.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on the fulfillment partner. This is normal and allows faster delivery of available items.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details (if available). Tracking availability varies by region and print provider.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or VAT. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If the item is returned to the sender, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within X days with photos of the product and package.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because print-on-demand items are made to order, we can only change or cancel an order within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
